All the watches on our website are brand new and checked before shipped to their new owners. We make sure the battery is good and that the watch is working properly before shipping. In the unlikely event that you receive a time piece that is not working, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the watch and obtain a Return Authorization Number before shipping it to us. The watch must be in new, unworn conditions and with all original packaging materials in order to receive proper credit. We do not accept any watches without a Return Authorization Number.
Return Policy:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will be happy to exchange your watch for one of equal value. We only accept exchanges. For any exchange to be accepted, you need to call us within 48 hours of receiving your new watch. When we receive your watch(es), it must be in new and unworn conditions along with all original packaging materials in order to receive proper store credit.
Do the Watches have Warranty?
Yes they do. Warranty is handled directly through the manufacturer. Please see warranty information within the original packaging materials your watch comes with.
